You know how after Tim's dad dies he is living with Bruce. IIRC he turns down the request to be adopted, and runs off for a little while, but when he comes back does he get adopted? I want to know for my Big Bang, because I need to introduce Timothy Drake to Zachary Zatara and I am trying to work out how Tim would say who he was. Like "Bruce Wayne's adopted son" but I'm not sure if he is actually adopted.

I know he takes the Wayne name later, so he obviously must get adopted at some point, I just don't know when.

Augh did that even make sense? Can anyone help with this?

So uh, Bek posted a link to make your own Sailor Scouts, and initially I was just dicking around making pretty ones. When, upon discussing with Jessie, I realized it was imperative that I make Sailor Scouts based on the DC heroes. So I did.

I made 15 all up, so I won't post images of them all, but I'll include links to the others as well in case you want to look at the rest.

So I have now definitely signed up for the Comics Big Bang. I know what I plan to do, and I already have some of the fic written. So now I just have three months to write it.

I might still sign up for the Sherlock Holmes Big Bang. Maybe. We shall see.

holmes_big_bang. Should I?

I have an idea that I have been working on, and I could make it 20 000 words I think. But I am not entirely sure. I could also use the same plot for the au_bigbang which is only 15 000 words and therefore much easier to accomplish.

I have never done a Big Bang before, the only real experience I have with them is beta-ing iesika's, which, honestly, I don't think was a particularly normal Big Bang as it ended up being like, 60 000 words, or some ridiculous amount so I don't really think I should judge it by her experience.

I was planning to use a DC fic idea I had for the AU Big Bang, but I've decided I don't want that fic to be AU so that will just get written normally. So I could still use a DC fic, if I get a plot.

Or I could use my DC/Holmes cross over for the Holmes Big Bang, although I would have to add a lot more plot to make that 20 000 words.

I just don't know. I am terrible at making decisions.

ETA: I have spent the past hour looking through the prompt page for holmes_big_bang and there are at least three different prompts that have caught my eye and about twenty that I am so excited to see there aren't even words (Alice in Wonderland crossover!). ASDSJDGHSJDG More decisions! Do I just leave my own idea as a normal fic and pick up a prompt? I just don't know.

Friday Friday Friday. I am starting to get a cold. Probably because I have been exhausted and I get sick easily when I am exhausted. And unfortunately I won't really get a chance to get better because although its the weekend tomorrow, I have a wedding to go to and a 2 year olds birthday party on the Saturday. So that will be pretty hectic to.

I am designating Sunday as movie day, and will be watching Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (I am smitten with RDJ), Gattica and The Talented Mr Ripley.

It's only 1 and a half hours into the day and I already want to go home.

On the other hand, I am 2000 words into a DC/Sherlock Holmes cross over, with Zat/Tim and Holmes/Watson. And I am hoping to get a fair bit more done today. This is looking like it might get pretty big. Seeing as what I have written is little snippets of the story. I haven't even written about the bad guy and the secondary case yet. I am terrible at estimates, but it wouldn't surprise me if it got to 6000 words.

I am also thinking of signing up for the au_bigbang with a Zat/Tim fic that has been sitting on my hard drive for a while. It will be AU in the sense that there is no way in canon that Zat lived with Tim for a year. I might be changing other things around to make it more AU, such as having Zat join the Titans way earlier than he does in canon. And not having Bruce die. But we'll see.

Is anyone else working on something big and exciting?

Mostly Holmes/Watson. Some of these are variations upon a theme, because I like to play around. Feel free to snag any if you like them, credit is appreciated but I won't get fussy.

Monday's comment_fic prompt of crossover had me flailing in excitement. I love crossovers. Although there were none I wanted to fill, most people seemed to request DC/Marvel, come on guys broaden your horizons!
